On-Site Chemical Generator Sys

Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking to acquire an on-site cleaning chemical generating system for the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. The goal of this contract is to provide a sustainable solution for producing cleaning chemicals and disinfectants on-site, utilizing water, salts, and electricity through electrochemical activation.

This initiative aligns with NPS's mission to preserve natural resources while ensuring effective maintenance operations.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide one (1) On-site Cleaning Chemical/Disinfectant Generation System. The system must be capable of producing both a cleaning solution and a disinfectant using electrochemical activation. Specific requirements include:
- Operates on standard electrical outlets (110VAC) with 24VDC power internally.
- Amp draw of 5 amps.
- Utilizes Electrochemical Activation (ECA) for producing anti-microbial cleaning agents and sodium hydroxide cleaner/degreaser.
- Minimum 10-gallon holding tank capacity for each substance produced (two tanks required).
- Minimum operating pressure of 20 PSI and maximum operating pressure of 55 PSI.
- Dimensions: approximately 27” wide, 22” deep, and 65” high.
- No additional accessories required beyond the basic functional system. Suggested manufacturers/models include Patho-Sans Model PS600-40 or approved equals.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from December 20, 2024, to March 10, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park in Colorado.
