Background
The United States Forest Service Pacific Northwest Research Station (PNW) is seeking quotes for Janitorial Services at Olympia Forestry Services Laboratory (OFSL) in Olympia, WA. The work is to be performed in accordance with Attachment 01 - Statement of Work.

Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish all labor, transportation, supervision, equipment & supplies to perform janitorial services for the Olympia Forestry Science Laboratory. The scope of work includes compliance with OSHA, EPA, local, State and Federal codes, mandates, and standards. The contractor must provide adequate supervision of employees ensuring all work is accomplished in a manner that will maintain satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance throughout the year.
Additionally, the contractor must designate a Contract Manager responsible for ensuring the performance of the work and provide a complete list of employees engaged in the performance of this contract along with background checks for each employee. The contractor is also responsible for implementing and maintaining a documented quality control system and safety program for employees performing work under this contract. All outside doors shall remain locked while Contractor performs work, and the Contractor shall assure that all exterior doors in the main building and outlying buildings are locked prior to departure.
