The Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) is seeking expressions of interest for a 32,400 ABOA SF leased warehouse space in the Oklahoma City, OK area. The purpose of this advertisement is to identify potential sources and suitable locations, and is not intended to pre-qualify or disqualify any potential offers.

Work Details
The DVA desires to lease an estimated 32,400 ABOA SF of space for use as a warehouse in the delineated area within the greater Oklahoma City, Oklahoma area. The lease term is up to 20 years total, with a firm term of 10 years and a soft term of 10 years. The DVA makes monthly lease rental payments in arrears upon facility acceptance and may elect to make a single lump-sum payment or amortize over the course of the firm term for specified tenant improvements. The offered space must meet specific requirements including seismic requirements, zoning for DVA's intended use, full-service lease with janitorial service and utilities, not being in the FEMA 100-year flood plain, and other federal and local government requirements for fire safety, physical security, accessibility, and sustainability standards.

Period of Performance
The estimated beneficial occupancy is October 1, 2025.
