Ohio National Guard CJAG Perimeter Fence Replacement   3

The Ohio National Guard has a requirement for the removal and replacement of approximately 21,454 linear feet of the existing fence around the perimeter of Camp James A. Garfield Military Training Center (CJAG). The base bid will consist of approximately 6550 linear feet with fourteen alternate options of approximately 1000 linear feet of fence each. This project will need to begin no later than 30 September, 2022 and be completed by 29 September, 2023. A period of 365 days. The project site is located on the Camp James A. Garfield Joint Military Training Site (CJAGJMTC), 8451 State Route 5 Ravenna, Ohio 44266. The Base Bid work begins at approximately Military Coordinates 84050-60200.

This solicitation is a Service Disabled Owned Small Business Set-Aside.

NAICS: 238990 Small Business Size Standard $16,500,000: Magnitude between $5,000,000 and 10,000,000

The award will be made to the responsible bidder with the lowest price technically acceptable in accordance with the criteria set forth in the SOW.

Site Visit Information: There will be two scheduled site visits.

Site Visit 1: 8/2/2022 at 0930

Site Visit 2: 8/8/2022 at 0930

Potential Contractors will be escorted to the construction sites.

Bid Opening Information:

Bids will need to be submitted in a sealed envelope at CJAGJMTC Building 1068, 8451 State Route 5 Ravenna, Ohio 44266 on August 31, 2022 by 1000 Hours. Bids may be submitted in person only.
