The Department of the Navy is conducting a sources sought/request for information to assess the availability and adequacy of potential sources for leasing commercial office space. The goal is to secure 35,000 net/usable square feet of Class A office space in Jacksonville, Florida, along with 300 on-site parking spaces. This initiative is part of the Navy's mission to ensure adequate facilities for its operations.

Work Details
The contract requires a full-service lease for Class A commercial office space that is move-in ready. Key requirements include:
- Minimum of 35,000 net/usable square feet.
- Furnished spaces with flexibility for reconfiguration of cubicle and office workspaces.
- Provision of 300 on-site parking spaces that are lighted and non-exclusive or reserved.
- Spaces must have both primary and secondary points of ingress/egress.
- Access beyond normal working hours, including weekends and federal holidays, with use of elevators, lights, toilet facilities, heating, and air conditioning.
- Secured gate entrance and onsite security services.
- On-site amenities such as a break room and/or conference center.
- All necessary services and utilities must be included in the lease.

Period of Performance
The lease term will not exceed five (5) years.
