Work Details
The Lease incorporates several clauses by reference and outlines various obligations and responsibilities for both the Lessor and the Government. It includes clauses related to mutual obligation, compliance with applicable law, maintenance of the property, right to inspect, clauses incorporated by reference, waiver of restoration, change of ownership, quality and appearance of building, means of egress, automatic fire sprinkler system, fire alarm system, building directory, elevators, design alternatives and review submittals for work required under the Lease.
