Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is issuing this contract for office janitorial services at Ball Mountain Lake and Townshend Lake in Vermont. The mission of the agency is to maintain and operate these facilities effectively, ensuring a clean and safe environment for staff and visitors. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive cleaning services that meet the operational needs of the agency.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to clean the offices at both Ball Mountain Lake (BML) and Townshend Lake (TL), as well as the Lower Shop restrooms at Ball Mountain Lake. Specific tasks include:

1. Office Cleaning - Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, doors, interior walls, ceilings, floors; replenish supplies; vacuum flooring; wet mop non-carpeted surfaces; empty trash receptacles; dust office areas.

2. Window Washing - Wash interior and exterior windows and screens; remove, clean, and reinstall window screens as needed.

3. Basement Cleaning - Specific details included in the overall cleaning schedule.

The work will be performed weekly for BML office cleaning, biweekly for TL office cleaning, biannually for window washing at both locations, and annually for carpet shampooing.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will commence upon contract award and continue through December 31, 2025. There are options for two additional years of service from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Ball Mountain Lake located at 88 Ball Mountain Lane, Jamaica, VT 05343 and Townshend Lake Project Office located at 3845 VT Rte. 30, Townshend, Vermont.
