NPS Potentially Responsible Party (PRP) searches under CERCLA

DESCRIPTION OF WORK The National Park Service (NPS) is exercising its authority as lead agency under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), 42 U.S.C. 9601 et seq., to undertake response activities. The work is non-personal services that will support NPS' implementation of the CERCLA process in accordance with 40 CFR Part 300 and the NPS CERCLA Handbook. Specifically, the Contractor will produce individual Potentially Responsible Party (PRP) Search Reports for eleven Sites nationwide in accordance with Attachment 1, Statement of Work (SOW, 26 pages). The performance period is 340 days. AWARD TYPE The government intends to evaluate quotes on price and other factors and award one firm-fixed-price order with 11 line items that correspond to the sites. The product service code is F115, Environmental Systems Protection- Environmental Consulting and Legal Support. REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS Refer to attached RFQ 140P2124Q0038 for all relevant details, including price schedule, evaluation factors, and instructions. Amendment 1 transmits Attachment 2a, Clarifications 1 - 6, which redefines some CLINs as options and provides information about other aspects of the Statement of Work and solicitation.
