Background
The contractor shall provide services to support the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs, Passport Office, National Passport Center (CA/PPT/NPC). The primary objective is to provide services and deliverables, through the performance period, as they relate to the organization's mission, as detailed herein. Specifically on-site shredding which may include additional shredding to support 'surge work'.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide secured shredding storage bins and conduct onsite shredding services for the CPC. Shredding documentation shall include, but not limited to, paper, folders, books, and pamphlets. The contract requirements include providing 25 (ea) 96 Gallon lockable containers (capacity 280lbs of paper), 3 (ea) 45 Gallon lockable Security Consoles weekly (capacity of 80lbs of paper), and surge shredding in excess of scheduled services to support surge work. The work shall be evaluated for quality, timeliness, and professionalism for each shredding session. The place of performance is at the National Passport Center in Portsmouth, NH.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be a base year of 12 September 2023 through 11 September 2024 or one year from the date of award, with four subsequent one-year option periods.
