NP2000 8-Blade Propeller and Electronic Propeller Control System (EPCS) Kits   2

The Government has a requirement to acquire eight (8) production kits and spares of major components for the C-130H aircraft fleet to the NP2000 8-Blade Propeller and Electronic Propeller Control System (EPCS). The contract action is anticipated to result in a purchase order with a projected award date of 16 Dec 2022. The projected delivery date of all kits will be required 15 days after receipt of order. The pricing arrangement will be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP)

The work to be performed by the Contractor shall consist of providing all personnel, materials, services, facilities, and data management to deliver NP2000 kits and spares.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a fair and reasonable price in accordance with FAR 12, FAR 13, and FAR 6.302-1. This requirement will be sole source to Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation, 1 Hamilton Road Mailstop, Windsor Locks, CT 06096-1000, CAGE Code 73030, under authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
