Notice of Sole Source

NOTICE: THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT, NOT AN RFQ. The intent of this notice is to inform the vendor community of a recent contract action. This procurement is for items which the government solicited and negotiated with only one source under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C). This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract was solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer and documented in the attached justifcation. The purpose of this procurement is to purchase IT services. All questions and/or responses must be directed by email to lgueye@doc.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
