Notice of Intent X-ray Repair & Upgrade   3

THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE.
The Alabama National Guard intends to issue a repair and upgrade for XR200 portable X-Ray generator to Golden Engineering, LLC for $32,060.00 on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a) (2), only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency's requirements. See attached justification.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition to pending award would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the contract will be issued without further notice. Interested parties may identify their capabilities with respect to this requirement by the date of expiration of this post. Determination not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be emailed to daryle.l.gray.mil@mail.mil nlt 6 September 2019 @ 1600 CST.
