Background

The contract is intended for Signet Technologies, Inc., which has proprietary rights for maintenance and upgrades of their Electronic Security System (ESS).

Work Details
The contract involves the upgrade and device replacement installation of the Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute (AFRRI) Electronic Security System (ESS). Signet Technologies, Inc. is uniquely qualified to perform this work as they designed and installed the existing ESS at USU. As the manufacturer, they hold proprietary rights for maintenance and upgrades, with no authorized distributors available for these services.
