Notice of Intent to Sole Source to The Peterson Hub Community Center for 302nd Airlift Wing Catering Services

Background
The 21st Contracting Squadron (21 CONS) at Peterson Space Force Base is issuing a Notice of Intent to Sole Source for catering services required by the 302nd Airlift Wing. This requirement arises from the recent closure of the 21 FSS Aragon Dining Hall, which has left Reserve Members without essential meal services during Unit Training Assembly (UTA) weekends.

The goal of this contract is to provide a reliable food source for 350 Reserve Members during these weekends.

Work Details
The contractor will provide meal service for 350 Reserve Members during UTA weekends, specifically on the first Saturday and Sunday of each month. Meals will be buffet style, served from 1100 to 1300 hours. Each meal will include a non-alcoholic beverage and will be priced at $13 per meal.

The Hub will supply the venue, tables, chairs, and all necessary dining supplies. Eligible UTA members must sign an AF IMT 79 form to track utilization numbers; once the limit of 350 members is reached, additional meals must be paid for by those members. Members not authorized to partake in meals must also pay for their own meals. Services are deemed non-mission essential during times of crisis.
