Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Expedition Technology, Inc.

This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) on a noncompetitive basis to Expedition Technology, Inc. to provide Radio-Frequency (RF) Machine Learning Systems Software Integration with US Navy Equipment (SEA OTTER).

This is not a request for proposal. The Government intends to negotiate solely with under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), One source or limited sources. Any interested firms must identity their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 15 days after this notice posts. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
