Notice of Intent to Sole Source - SSR Health US Prescription Pricing Data Annual Subscription

Background
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has issued a Notice of Intent to Sole Source for the purchase of SSR Health US Prescription Brand Pricing Data. The data is required for Public Reports assigned to ASPE under Division BB of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021, Section 204 (“Reporting on pharmacy benefits and drug costs”), and due every two years beginning June 27, 2023. SSR Health's proprietary data is the only commercially available source of estimated brand drug prices net of rebates, developed through analysis of Symphony health data on gross prices, manufacturer financial reports, and Medicaid Drug Rebate Program statutory requirements.

Work Details
The services required include the purchase of two seat licenses for access to SSR Health prescription drug pricing data from 9/11/2023 to 9/10/2024. The data will be used for Public Reports assigned to ASPE under Division BB of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021, Section 204 (“Reporting on pharmacy benefits and drug costs”), and for other drug pricing research.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from 9/11/2023 to 9/10/2024.
