Background
The U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) intends to issue a sole-source commercial product purchase order to SURFACE MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS LTD NORTH AMERICA for a new Dynamic Dual Vapor/Gas Gravimetric Sorption Analyzer (DVS). The DVS provided by SURFACE MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS LTD NORTH AMERICA is the only gravimetric vapor sorption system identified which offers both static and dynamic sorption experiments, expanding the physisorption characterization capabilities available for various materials. Moreover, potentially competing similar instruments researched do not feature the high vacuum treatment and pre-heater capabilities of the instrument identified from SURFACE MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS LTD NORTH AMERICA.
