Notice of Intent to Issue a Sole Source Award for Trimble Products, for the USDA, NRCS Arkansas State Office

Background
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), specifically the Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) division in conjunction with the National Conservation Resource Service (NRCS) Arkansas State Office, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Navigation Electronics, Inc for Trimble Products.
This contract aims to fulfill the need for various Trimble equipment along with warranty and repair services, which includes a trade-in of existing government-owned equipment.

3. Trimble R10 Accessory - Base Kit including Pouch, 6Ah Battery, Charger, Base Station Extension, Tape, Y-Cable (Quantity: 5 EA).
4. Adjustable GPS Antenna Tripod (Quantity: 5 EA).
5. 2.0m Carbon Fiber Range Pole with Bipod (Quantity: 5 EA).
6. Receiver Bracket Kit for range pole including whip antenna for extended radio range (Quantity: 5 EA).
7. Trimble TSC7 controller with QWERTY keypad and USB/Serial boot (Standalone) (Quantity: 5 EA).
8. Trimble Access - General Survey; Perpetual License (Quantity: 5 EA).
9. Trimble Access - Roads; Perpetual License (Quantity: 5 EA).
10. External Battery Charger with Internal Cord and Battery 2-pack (Quantity: 5 EA).
11. TSC7 Accessory - Pole Mount (Quantity: 5 EA).
12. Carry Case Shoulder Bag for accessories (Quantity: 5 EA).

Period of Performance
Delivery is required within 15 days after award.

The contract will be performed at the USDA NRCS Arkansas State Office located at 700 West Capitol Ave, Room 3416, Little Rock AR 72201.
