NOTICE OF INTENT - Intent to Sole Source to Sonnet Software, Inc. for Sonnet Software Maintenance and Technical Support   2

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Gaithersburg MD intends to sole source to SONNET SOFTWARE, INC. This is an acquisition for maintenance and technical support for the existing Sonnet Suite of software utilized by NIST. SONNET SOFTWARE, INC. will provide updates, patches, fixes, and enhancements to the software to maintain optimal performance of the existing software. Additionally, they will provide technical support via telephone and email as needed. Period of Performance is for a One (1) Year Base Period with Four (4) One (1) Year Options. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit their capability statement. The firm must have proven authorization to be a re-seller or distributor of Sonnet Suite of software, and have documentation proving such facts. Capability Statements must be received within seven (7) calendar days of publication of this notice. All responses must be submitted to the Government point of contact at the email address shown below. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
