North Branch Peshtigo River Culvert Replacement   2

The Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest announces an opportunity for the North Branch Peshtigo River Culvert Replacement project. In accordance with FAR Part 36.204(b), the estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000 for the total project. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237310. The Small Business Administration size standard is $36.5 million. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). No hard copies of the solicitation, supporting documents and applicable amendments, if any will be provided. To receive the entire solicitation package and any applicable amendments, prospective offerors must download them from the FedBizOpps website, www.fbo.gov. The contractor shall provide all management and project administration services, quality control, logistical support, vehicles, labor, equipment and materials to complete the project on time and on schedule. The project consists of removal and disposal of existing 3' diameter corrugated metal pipe. New installation of a 12' span x 4' rise x 48' pre-cast concrete box culvert with wing-walls and headwalls. Construction items shall include stream diversion, erosion control, aggregate fill, and all necessary miscellaneous tasks to complete the project in accordance with lines, grades, and elevations as shown in the plans, and identified in the contract drawings and specifications.
