PRE SOLICITATION/SOLICITATION NOTICE
Requirement: Delivery of approximately 15,000 tons of crushed aggregate on a base item and 2,500 tons on an optional item that will be wind rowed for spreading by the government.
Project Location: The Project is located approximately 9 miles southwest of Old Station, CA. From Old Station travel 9 miles west on State Highway 44 to NFS road 33N16.
Set Asides: This procurement is being solicited as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 212321. The related small business size standard is 500 employees.
Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 12. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is on or about July 2, 2019.
Site Visit: An organized site visit is not being scheduled however the site is available to visit.
Inquiries: Any prospective contractor with contractual or technical questions of the solicitation, drawings, specifications, etc., must request it in writing from the Contracting Officer soon enough to allow a reply to reach all prospective contractors before the solicitation closing date. Oral explanations or instructions given before the
award of a contract will not be binding.
Notifications: In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), the government is limiting the availability of the solicitation to electronic medium through this posting to FBO.gov. Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will be posted on this website. It is the sole responsibility of the quoter to continually view this
website for any amendments made to this solicitation. Award notifications will be made to this notice. Early notification will not be made to any quoter except Awarded Contractor.
