Non-Core Telecommunication Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Support Services and Related Supplies   3

Background
The Department of Transportation (DOT) requires Telecommunication Operations and Maintenance (TOM) support for its non-Core telecommunication environment, infrastructure environments, and O&M support services and related supplies. The purpose of this requirement is to provide TOM support for the DOT’s non-Core telecommunication environment and assets, infrastructure environments, and O&M support services and related supplies.

Work Details
The tasks include review and approval/rejection of technical reports, drawings, specifications, and technical information to be delivered by the Contractor. All Technical Direction must be within the general scope of work stated in the contract. The contractor shall provide total supervision of its staff. Working hours shall generally be from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday at the DOT HQ location, and 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. ET at the FAA and Stennis, Mississippi location, exclusive of legal holidays.
The DOT offices are closed for specific Federal holidays and other designated periods.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at DOT HQ location, FAA location, and Stennis, Mississippi location.
