NHARNG Honeywell TALIN Repair, Maintenance & Calibration

The New Hampshire Army National Guard intends to award a sole source contract to Honeywell International, Inc. 13350 US Highway 19 North, Clearwater, FL 33764 for TALIN repair, maintenance, and calibration services. This is special notice is in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-3(b)(3)(i). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334290- Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing.

Basically, the Government intends to sole source the requirement to Honeywell because TALIN equipment is proprietary to Honeywell. Any attempts to have a 3rd party to service the equipment may result in it being rendered non-serviceable. Please see the attached J&A for complete details.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers and is posted for ten (10) calendar days. No solicitation package will be available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered.
