NGIC Rivanna Station Facility Maintenance Support Services (RSFMS) Re-compete

Background
The National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) has a FY 22 requirement for continued Rivanna Station Facility Maintenance Support (RSFMS) services. The RSFMS Contractor shall provide NGIC with facilities maintenance support services and specified equipment maintenance in a flexible manner without creating excess capability.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide a complete and comprehensive Quality Control Program (QCP) to the KO and COR within 30 days after award. The contractor must maintain an adequate workforce at all times for the uninterrupted performance of all tasks defined within the PWS when the Government Facility is not closed.
Contractor personnel performing work under this contract shall maintain a DoD TS security clearance with SBI and indoctrinated for SCI at the time of performance. The contractor shall plan, program, coordinate, estimate, respond to Government schedule, and evaluate resources for work requests approved by the COR. The contractor shall schedule, control, and perform all work described herein in accordance with all schedules contained in the contract. The contractor shall maintain individual Work Order files on each active Work Order, regardless of maintenance level.
