Description

The Human Systems Division at Robins AFB, Georgia (AFLCMC/WNU) has a requirement for the supply of commercial Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) airpaks, commercial off the shelf masks, Chemical Warfare Component (CWC) masks with military modifications for Chemical, Biological, Radioactive, and Nuclear (CBRN) capability, and Supplied-Air Respirator (SAR) Kits. A competitive acquisition will be accomplished on the basis of full and open competition utilizing FAR part 12 for the acquisition of commercial items in conjunction with FAR part 15 procedures for the utilization of a trade-off source selection. Production of the above shall be in accordance with (IAW) the requirements set forth in the Purchase Description (PD), Statement of Work (SOW), and associated data requirements referenced in this solicitation. All assets will be shipped FOB Destination. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Requirements type contract with a 1 year basic and four 1 year option periods.
