Nexcelom Celigo-S Imaging Cytometer Preventative Maintenance and Correction/Remedial Repair Services

Background
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER), Office of Vaccines Research and Review (OVRR) requires Nexcelom Celigo-S Imaging Cytometer Preventative and Correction/Remedial Maintenance Repair Services. Ongoing studies and experiments in several labs in the CBER and CDER require imaging and quantification of populations of cells in adherent cultures using bright field and fluorescence. CBER acquired the Celigo-S in 2017 to facilitate this requirement. In 2019 the 50-position plate stacker was added to improve multi-plate processing efficiency. In order to ensure optimal performance for this Celigo-S and plate stacker, a service agreement is required to provide for preventative maintenance and facilitate emergency repairs as needed.

Work Details
The contract requires Nexcelom Celigo-S Imaging Cytometer Preventative Maintenance and Correction/Remedial Repair Services, including planned preventative maintenance visits, unlimited corrective/remedial repair visits, unlimited technical support, system software and firmware updates, performance by Nexcelom-trained technicians/engineers, adherence to OEM specifications, manuals, bulletins, latest technical developments, PM procedures, application updates using OEM replacement parts, components, subassemblies etc. The Contractor shall provide service records and reports commensurate with the completion of each service call by email identifying the equipment name, manufacturer, model number, serial number of the equipment being serviced/repaired and detailing the reason for the service call, a detailed description of the work performed, the test instruments or other equipment used to affect the repair or otherwise perform the service.

Anticipated Period of Performance: Base Period: May 1, 2023 – April 30, 2024; Option Period 1: May 1, 2024 – April 30, 2025; Option Period 2: May 1, 2025 – April 30, 2026; Option Period 3: May 1, 2026 – April 30, 2027; Option Period 4: May 1, 2027 – April 30, 2028
