Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this solicitation for the acquisition of leasehold interests in real property to establish a new dental clinic in Helena, Montana.
The goal of this contract is to provide a facility that meets the needs of veterans seeking dental care, thereby supporting the VA's mission to enhance the health and well-being of veterans.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the following tasks:
1. Lease proposal submission must conform to the requirements outlined in the Request for Lease Proposals (RLP).
2. The selected offeror will be responsible for providing approximately 10,000 ABOA square feet of space suitable for a dental clinic.
3. The facility must comply with all applicable regulations and standards set forth by the VA and local authorities.
4. Proposals will be evaluated based on factors including price, technical capability, and compliance with solicitation requirements.
5. Offerors must ensure that their proposals include all necessary documentation as specified in the RLP, including any required disclosures regarding compliance with federal regulations.
