New Manufacture of the SPS-49 Reflectors   3

Background
The solicitation is for the new manufacture of the SPS-49 Reflectors. The contract is issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center CRANE DIV. The Statement of Work (SOW) defines manufacturing, first article requirements, and test requirements for the SPS-49 Reflector as manufactured per drawing number 912164.

Work Details
The specific products to be manufactured or delivered under the contract include: First article for the SPS-49 Reflector new manufacture ordered IAW the SOW, all applicable drawings, and CDRLs. USN or FMS units. See pricing matrix below line item.

The contractor shall provide DoD unique identification or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent. Technical Data Requirements for CLINs 0001-0002 IAW the contract CDRLs, A001-A005 provided in Section J, all applicable DIDs, and the SOW. The price/costs for all data generated by the contractor directly or indirectly in its performance of this effort is included in the price/costs paid by under CLINs 0001 through 0002. The purpose of this CLIN is to establish the contract ceiling. No orders will be placed using this CLIN.

Period of Performance
The delivery dates are specified as 6 months after date of order (ADO) for CLIN 0001 and 2 months ADO for CLIN 0002.

Place of Performance
The products are to be delivered to Naval Surface Warfare Center CRANE DIV at Building 3168.
