Background
The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Division of Acquisitions is seeking to provide Professional Development Services for teachers and support staff at BIE Sanostee Day School. The goal of this contract is to enhance educational practices through targeted professional development, curriculum alignment, and instructional support in key subject areas such as English Language Arts, Mathematics, and Science.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a comprehensive professional development program that includes:

- Curriculum, instruction, and resource alignment for English Language Arts, Mathematics, and Science with a job-embedded component.
- On-site consulting with coaching, modeling, and one-on-one services based on the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Various one- and two-day sessions provided to both academic and support staff throughout the school year.
- Professional development in best practices for Tier 1 instruction in content areas.
- Demonstration and modeling of rigorous Common Core lessons.
- Differentiated support for teachers based on individual skills needed for improvement.
- Establishment of individual teaching goals and schoolwide goals for improvement.
- Collaboration with school leadership on classroom instruction observations.
- Integration of formative and summative assessments into instructional practices.
- Development of a schoolwide assessment calendar.

The contractor must also ensure compliance with safety regulations, provide necessary training for staff, maintain medical liability insurance, and demonstrate culturally sensitive awareness throughout the contract period.

Period of Performance
Base Year: Date of Award to July 31, 2025; Option Year 1: August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026; Option Year 2: August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027; Option Year 3: August 1, 2027 to July 31, 2028; Option Year 4: August 1, 2028 to July 31, 2029.
