Background
The solicitation is for the design and construction of a multi-story alert force facility, family visitation facility, and aircraft maintenance/spares storage building at Offutt AFB, NE. The project also includes a recycling center and low-rise aircraft maintenance/spares storage building. The work involves various construction tasks such as mechanical and electrical installations, loading area construction, elevator installation, and outdoor layout/storage area development.

Work Details
The project includes the design and construction of a multi-story alert force facility with various spaces such as watch floor with OSS, sleeping quarters, kitchen and dining areas, fitness areas, administrative spaces, storage spaces, classrooms, auditorium, mechanical and electrical rooms. Additionally, it involves the construction of a family visitation facility with family rooms, kitchen, multi-use room, toilets, in-processing center, and an attached communication hut. Furthermore, the project includes a low-rise aircraft maintenance/spares storage building with offices, administrative area, restrooms, breakroom, ground support equipment rework shop with repair bay. The work also covers support facilities like paving, walkways, curbs & gutter installation, lighting installation, security fencing construction, outdoor recreational areas development.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period will be determined based on the proposed contract duration by the offeror but should not exceed 720 calendar days for construction through completion.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Offutt AFB in Nebraska.
