Background
The Edenton National Fish Hatchery, part of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, is undertaking a project to ensure the longevity and maintenance of its facilities. The goal of this contract is to install new standing seam metal roofing, fascia, gutters/downspouts, and perform other necessary repairs/upgrades on various assets to maintain their good condition for the next twenty-five years.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Re-roofing of the 2 Bay Garage
- Re-roofing of the Chemical/Paint/Oil Storage Building
- Installation of soffits in the Old Holding House (no re-roofing required)
- Re-roofing of the Feed Seed Storage Building.

The assets involved include:
1. Chemical/Paint/Oil Storage Building (Asset No. 10015509)
2. Seed/Feed Storage Building (Asset No. 10015510)
3. Detached 2-Bay Garage (Asset No. 10015512)
4. Old Fish Holding House (Asset No. 10015500).

The maximum project price is less than $25,000 and includes all construction and demolition activities.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from January 27, 2025, to April 25, 2025.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed at the Edenton National Fish Hatchery located at 1102 West Queen St., Edenton, NC 27932-1621.
