NAWCAD WOLF IC2&I Exterior Communications (EXCOMM) - TS/SCI Ceiling Increase: N00421-21-D-0018   2

Background
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) is issuing a sole source modification to the Exterior Communications (EXCOMM) contract N00421-21-D-0018 with BAE Systems Technology Solutions and Services, Inc. This action aims to provide additional contract ceiling to support the Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) requirements of the NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Integrated Command, Control and Intel Systems (IC2&IS) Division.

The previous Technical Engineering Support Services (TESS) Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), which was a companion contract to EXCOMM, expired on 28 February 2023.

Work Details
The EXCOMM contract encompasses services for the NAWCAD WOLF IC2&IS Division, focusing on Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (CSISR) systems. The tasks include:

1. Engineering and equipment installation services from concept through deployment of CSISR systems.
2. Support for legacy, current, and next-generation shipboard interior and exterior communications.
3. Management of shipboard radios and transportable, airborne, and fixed shore termination communications systems, subsystems, and components.
4. Incorporation of Top Secret (TS)/SCI tasking requirements into the existing EXCOMM contract to enhance efficiency and reduce redundancy in tasking.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the EXCOMM contract is from May 4, 2021 through May 3, 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations as required by the NAWCAD WOLF IC2&IS Division.
