Background
NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound is issuing a firm fixed-price service contract for the procurement of propane delivery and tank rental. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside aimed at supporting the operations of the Region. The contract's goal is to ensure reliable propane supply and tank rental services to meet operational needs.

Work Details
The contract includes the following services:
1. Propane Delivery - This service involves the delivery of propane upon demand, including the rental of one (1) 500-gallon propane tank. The estimated propane consumption is 2,000 gallons per year.

2. Tank Rental - The contractor will provide a 500-gallon propane tank for rental.

3. Delivery Schedule - The tank must be filled within fourteen (14) days of the customer requesting a fill, unless otherwise arranged.

The pricing arrangement for both services is firm fixed price, with specific line items as follows:
- Item 0001: Propane Delivery - Quantity: 1 Job
- Item 0002: Tank Rental - Quantity: 1 Job
- Option Year One (1001): Propane Delivery - Quantity: 1 Job
