NAVFAC SW National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA): Industry Day Slides   3

Background
The notice provides the industry day slides for the NAVFAC SW requirement to perform Environmental Planning Services for the conduct of Navy and Marine Corps National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), environmental planning support, and other related work. It includes an introduction to the agency issuing the contract, their mission, and the goal of the contract. The industry day was held on 22 August 2023.

Work Details
The work includes preparation of primary NEPA related documents, studies, and reports such as Environmental Assessments (EAs) and Findings of No Significant Impact (FONSIs), Environmental Impact Statements (EISs) and draft Records of Decision (RODs). It also involves providing additional services types that support NEPA document development, task orders with pre-priced and non pre-priced services, possible evaluation factors, acquisition strategy details, tentative acquisition schedule, and answers to questions received to date.

Period of Performance
The award timeframe is approximately 18-20 months from now with a one-year base period and six one-year option periods. The task orders will range between $5,000 and $2,500,000.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed throughout the NAVFACSW Area of Responsibility and at other locations throughout the U.S. Navy Areas of Responsibility.
