Background
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Europe Africa Central (NAVFAC EURAFCENT), based in Naples, Italy, is seeking to extend a contract for electrical utility services at the Naval Support Facility (NSF) Redzikowo, Poland.

The goal of this contract modification is to ensure the continued provision of electrical power to NSF Redzikowo, which is crucial for its operations. The estimated consumption for the year 2022 is approximately 9900 MWh.

Work Details
The contract modification will provide electrical power and distribution services to NSF Redzikowo, Poland. The scope includes:
- Sole-source award to ENERGA Obrét SA for electrical services due to their unique capability and existing relationship with the only authorized utility distributor in the region.
- Estimated consumption of 6.78 GWh for the period from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022.
- Continuation of services until a competitive solicitation can be issued following necessary market research and establishment of a regular load profile at NSF Redzikowo.
- The current contract with ENERGA is essential as they possess exclusive agreements with the authorized distributor in Pomerania Province, ensuring no risk to U.S. Government operations during this interim period.

Period of Performance
The contract will be extended for one year, covering the period from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022.
