This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) fuel delivered to Naval Station Guantanamo Bay in support a natural gas powered combined cycle power plant. The estimated annual LNG requirements volume to be delivered is 2,412,305 MMBtus, see Section B for specific delivery requirement.

The anticipated period of delivery is from May 2020 through December 2023, see Section B for anticipated delivery period.

FOB: Destination
Firm fixed price offers shall include the costs of utilizing US-flagged vessels in accordance with DFARS Clause 252.247-7023 Transportation of Supplies by Sea (Apr 2014). The clause is provided for in Section H of the solicitation.
