Background
The Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is the Department of the Navy (DON) financial and supply chain system of record. It streamlines the Navy's financial and supply chain functions, provides critical information for NAVAIR programs, ensures statutory and regulatory policy compliance, and enables mandatory external reporting.
The NAVAIR Navy ERP Business Office (NBO) serves as the Center of Excellence (COE) for issue resolution and provides a central point for resolution of NAVAIR Navy ERP requirements.

Work Details
The requirement involves providing liaison services between the Navy ERP Program Management Office (PMO), the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Business Support Center (BSC), and NAVAIR. Services and products provided will support the NAVAIR NBO COE, including Business Solutions Management, Reporting and Analysis, User Management, and NBO Operational Support. A significant portion of support under this contract will be dedicated to Navy ERP modernization efforts, including the migration to SAP S/4HANA.

Place of Performance
Work will be performed 100% at Government sites, including Patuxent River, Maryland, and Webster Field. Amendment 1 to the RFP updates Section C, SOW, to incorporate paragraph '3.1.2.2 Telework Availability', indicating a consideration for modifying the 100% at government site requirement to allow remote telework by contractors.
