The Naval Air System Command (NAVAIR) H-60 Multi-Mission Helicopters office (PMA-299) and Expeditionary and Maritime Aviation-Advanced Development Team (XMA-ADT), Program Executive Office, Air, Assault, and Special Mission Programs (PEO(A)) are hosting a joint MH-60 Service Life Modernization (SLM) and Future Vertical Lift (Maritime Strike) (FVL(MS)) industry day on March 18, 2025. The event will be held in person at the RAND Corporation at 1200 South Hayes Street, Arlington, VA 22202-5050. Event registration ends 5PM EST 07 March 2025.

During the industry day, PMA-299 will be providing an unclassified status brief to industry on the potential MH-60 SLM program, a collection of efforts with intended competitive space that will result in an extensive re-architecture and modernization of the MH-60R /MH-60S cockpit avionics and mission systems using a Modular Open System Approach. XMA-ADT will be providing a classified SECRET status brief to industry on the FVL(MS) program following its Gate 2 Review.

The request to industry is for attendees to provide unclassified questions in advance via the below link, as well as to provide feedback in business and systems engineering oriented discussions during the sessions listed in the below agenda.

0800-0900: Check-in / introductions

0900-1015: Session 1: SLM Overview

1030-1200: Session 2: SLM Acquisition Strategy

1330-1500: Session 3: Systems Engineering

1530-1630: Session 4: FVL(MS) Program Status (SECRET)

1630-1700: Closing Remarks

Note: Seating is limited to 100 total attendees. Initial registration will be limited to two attendees per company. We request one programmatic and one technical subject matter expert per company to facilitate meaningful discussions. If additional seating is still open past registration close, you may be contacted with additional opportunities for attendance.

Attendees that are approved will receive a separate email with instructions for submitting a visit request to the RAND Corporation.

If you have any questions following the event, please submit your questions to the below link by March 31st, 2025 5:00PM EST. Please ask each question on a separate submission. Questions and responses will be posted to sam.gov by April 15th, 2025. Names and company details will not be shared in the response. **15 April 2025 Update**

PMA-299 and The Advance Development Team (ADT) would like to thank Industry for attending our Industry Day. We appreciate the positive responses and the questions we received via SAM.gov. While we are still very early in the planning stage and do not have comprehensive answers to some of the questions, the questions themselves provide industry perspectives and insights and will help shape the direction of our strategic thinking. The Government responses are attached below.
