Natural Gas Supply, Ramstein AB, Pirmasens, Geilenkirchen

Background
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for natural gas supply issued by Air Force Installation Contracting Center (AFICC)/764th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS). The solicitation number is FA5641-24-R-5400 issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).

The requirement is to provide natural gas supply to six service locations in Germany. The US Government will not provide logistical support to the Contractor. The natural gas delivered to the service locations will have different metering requirements.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, material, personnel, supervision, management, and financing necessary for the provision of natural gas supply to the following service locations:

- Building (Bldg.) 86 at Kaiserslautern-Einsiedlerhof, Germany
- Bldg. 742 at Kaiserslautern-Einsiedlerhof, Germany
- Bldg. 3336 at Ramstein Air Base, Germany
- Bldg. 682 at Landstuhl Maintenance Site Construction & Training Squadron (CTS), Germany
- Bldg. 4111 at Pirmasens Husterhoehe, Germany
- GOQ at Heinsberger Strasse 14, Geilenkirchen, Germany.

The Contractor shall comply with the technical specifications provided in Attachment (Atch) 2A – 2F and local host nation laws and regulations.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from January 1, 2024 (Fiscal Year 24) through January 1, 2028 (FY 2028), totaling four years. It includes a base period of one year and three follow-on periods of one year each.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the following locations in Germany:

- Bldg. 86 at Kaiserslautern-Einsiedlerhof
- Bldg. 742 at Kaiserslautern-Einsiedlerhof
- Bldg. 3336 at Ramstein Air Base
- Bldg. 682 at Landstuhl Maintenance Site CTS
- Bldg. 4111 and Building 4106 at Pirmasens Husterhoehe
- GOQ at Heinsberger Straße 14, Geilenkirchen.
