NATO Request for Information: Provide DCIS Light Kits Capability

Background
The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) regarding the availability of providers who are able to meet NATO’s requirements related to DCIS Light Kits Capability. This RFI is being issued to identify possible suppliers and to identify any limitations or conditions that may need to be met before potential suppliers are able to submit bids for similar products. The RFI is not a solicitation for proposals nor a pre-solicitation notice. NCIA is not liable for any expenses incurred by firms in conjunction with their responses to this RFI, and this RFI shall not be regarded as a commitment of any kind concerning future procurement of the items described.

Work Details
NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) is seeking information from Nations and their Industry regarding the availability of providers that are able to meet NATO’s requirements related to DCIS Light Kits Capability. The Market Survey Request aims to identify possible suppliers, any limitations or conditions that may need to be met before potential suppliers are able to submit bids for similar products. The DCIS Light Kit shall be operated in locations where NATO Facilities may not be present such as facilities of NATO Member Nations or NATO Partner Nations or in Non-NATO locations where NATO staff is deploying. The DCIS Light Kit shall provide services to a Small Team composed of 02-10 Users, in an extremely modular way so it can adapt from an initial team of 02 Users to a maximum of 10 Users in all the different Use Cases while continuously meeting the Size Weight and Power (SWaP) requirements.
