• Additionally, please note the following:
  • As a reminder, this RFQ is issued as a TOTAL 8(a) SET-ASIDE. A vendor who is not considered an 8(a) small business under the applicable NAICS code should not submit a response to this notice.
  • Quoters are expected to prepare quotes based on the pre-pandemic counts and normal (non-COVID-19) conditions. COVID-19 schedules attached to the RFQ are for reference only.
    

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Cancer Institute (NCI), Office of Space and Facility Management (OSFM) requires the safe and timely transportation of employees between NCI facilities located in Frederick and Rockville, Maryland, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) main campus, and local public transportation stops.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and shall be processed in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items and FAR subpart 19.805-2 Competitive 8(a) procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, 75N91021Q00027, is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and includes all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAR Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-03 (02/16/2021), simplified acquisition procedures for commercial items.

The North American Industry Classification System code is 485999 and the business size standard is $16.5 million.

THIS RFQ IS ISSUED AS A TOTAL 8(a) SET-ASIDE.
