Combined Synopsis / Solicitation

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under solicitation number 80KSC020Q0012 for remote Communication Access Real-Time Translation (CART) services. All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Attachment 1). The Government intends to award a one (1) year base period purchase order, with four (4) one year option periods, in accordance with Attachment 2 - Schedule, associated with this solicitation.

The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06, and can be obtained from https://www.acquisition.gov/browse/index/far.

This acquisition is a Women-Owned Small Business set-aside.

The NAICS code and Size Standard are 561492 - Court Reporting and Stenotype Services and $16.5M, respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this acquisition. Product or Service Code: R608 Support Administrative: Translation and Interpreting.

All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
