NARDA SRM-3006 RFR Meters

Background
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has a requirement to upgrade currently owned Radio Frequency Radiation Meters and systems to be able to make measurements in the new 5G bands and below. These items must be backwards compatible and able to integrate with current and existing equipment utilized by the agency. This is a new requirement for firm-fixed-price, commercial-off-the-shelf items to ensure the FCC can implement and deploy these units in order to meet its agency mandates and functions. The FCC intends to issue a purchase order to Advanced Test Equipment Corp., (the contractor), for the items below which is the sole distributor of the requisite equipment, on a sole source basis.
