NAMRU INDO PACIFIC Research Support Services

Background
The U.S. Naval Medical Research Unit INDO PACIFIC (NAMRU INDO PACIFIC), based in Singapore, requires contractor services to support the ongoing development, performance, and management of research across the Indo-Pacific region and in collaboration with host-country partners. NAMRU INDO PACIFIC is at the forefront of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD)’s disease surveillance and product development efforts in the US Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform under this contract. This includes administrative and logistical support of NAMRU INDO PACIFIC, design and conduct of protocols with NAMRU INDO PACIFIC and in-country partners to conduct biosurveillance and epidemiology research, assistance with project management and administrative support, tracking programmatic milestones, preparing internal/external research documents, assisting with material/supply procurement support, program logistics, managing regulatory requirements for human and animal research, translation of project/protocol documents from English to local languages and vice versa.

Place of Performance
Performance is primarily at Contractor or Sub-contractor sites in USA and in the Indo-Pacific region. The specific place of performance shall be specified at the task order level.
