Background
The solicitation is for a construction project at Camp Zama, Japan. The project involves the construction of a new 7-story Army Lodging Facility consisting of 103 suites with separate bedroom and sitting/living area. Supporting facilities will include all required utilities, guest and service elevators, mechanical/electrical/communication rooms, heating system, fire protection/detection systems, and information systems.
Site work design will include controlled vehicle approach with canopy and bus parking space, controlled paved loading area for the lodging operation, POV/GOV parking area, pedestrian walkway, and trash area.
Work Details
The construction project will involve various tasks such as commissioning responsibilities, system testing, training sessions for maintenance personnel and administrators, and nameplate mounting. The project also requires adherence to specific standards such as ACG Commissioning Guideline, NEBB Commissioning Standard, ANSI/SMACNA 014, or ASHRAE 202.
Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Camp Zama, Zama City, Kanagawa, Japan.
