Background
The intention of this solicitation is to award a single Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Housing Operations and Maintenance Services (HOMS) and Change Of Occupancy Maintenance Services (COMS) for Unaccompanied Housing (UH) at various military installations within the Marianas Islands and applicable outlying areas.

The contract aims to support the mission of Joint Region Marianas (JRM), which is to provide quality service to U.S. and Allied forces for operations, logistics, and training in the Marianas.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all management, supervision, quality control, labor, tools, equipment, material, supplies, incidental engineering, and transportation necessary for operations and maintenance services for unaccompanied housing.

This includes:
- Recurring Work: Firm-fixed price tasks as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Non-Recurring Work: Tasks ordered under IDIQ provisions.

The PWS includes various annexes detailing specific services such as General Information, Management and Administration, Unaccompanied Housing Operations/Maintenance, Facility Management, Facilities Investment, Custodial Services, Pest Control, and Chiller maintenance.

The work encompasses both vacant and occupied units across multiple installations including Naval Base Guam (NBG), Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), and Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz (MCBCB).

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations on Guam including Naval Base Guam (NBG), Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz (MCBCB), and other installations within NAVFACMAR’s area of responsibility.
