Background
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge, Sherwood, Oregon (Washington County) requires a contractor to replace the HVAC unit located at 19255 SW PACIFIC HIGHWAY, SHERWOOD OR 97140-9292.

Work Details
The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service needs to replace and install a new Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system at Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge (NWR), Sherwood, Oregon. The contractor is required to provide one (1) new commercial-use HVAC unit, sized for the square footage it will cover, volume and orientation of the spaces served.
The existing HVAC unit make is York, Model# YHE60B21SA, Serial Number# W1E7760001. The scope includes demolition and legal disposal of the old unit as well as two alternative options provided for the replacement.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from 07/08/2024 to 08/08/2024.
