A design-bid-build Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in support of the space modernization efforts and expansion to the Hanscom Special Access Program (SAP) Complex (HSC) to accommodate the Air Force Program Executive Office for Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (DAF PEO C3BM) Architecture and System Engineering Division (ASE) to continue expanding operations at Hanscom AFB. This action will be a new contract to support the build out of the space to include demolition, fiber to desk wiring, alarm control system/intrusion detection system installation, purchase of materials, and all other required construction aspects. The contract will also include initial design support services for the feasibility of build to the architect-engineer firm of record currently on contract. The Government intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract to H.V. Collins Company.

Background
The contract is issued by the Air Force Program Executive Office for Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (DAF PEO C3BM) to support space modernization efforts and expansion at the Hanscom Special Access Program (SAP) Complex.

The goal of this contract is to facilitate the build-out of space to accommodate ongoing operations at Hanscom AFB.

Work Details
The work under this contract includes a variety of construction tasks such as demolition, installation of fiber to desk wiring, alarm control system/intrusion detection system installation, and the purchase of materials necessary for the project.

Additionally, initial design support services will be provided to assess the feasibility of the build-out by the architect-engineer firm currently under contract.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Hanscom Air Force Base.
