In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 5.2, this notice pertains to Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land at Aberdeen's Request for Proposal (RFP) SPRBL1-22-R-0007 to procure National Stock Number (NSN) 5855-01-504-4590, MX-11769 Image Intensifier, Part Number(s) A3297310 or A3297320, to be used on the Army/Navy Portable Visual Search (AN/PVS)-14 Monocular NightVision Devices (MNVD).

The proposed Contract Type is a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Definite Quantity Spot Buy Contract. The Period of Performance for the resultant Contract will be from the contract issue date until supplies shipment(s) are complete.

This Solicitation package includes the RFP and the following Exhibit(s) and Attachment(s): Exhibit A - Technical Requirements and Attachment 0001: DD254 - which conveys security requirements, classification guidance and provides handling procedures for classified material received and/or generated on the contract. Contractors will be required to have access to classified data and SECRET Security Clearance. The Security Classification Guide will be provided upon request via Department of Defense Secure Access File Exchange (DoDSAFE) at www.safe.apps.mil.
