Multiple Awards of Firm Fixed price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with follow on task orders, for the accomplishment of construction, Revitalization, Recapitalization and Sustainment

Background
The scope of work shall provide for multiple awards of firm fixed price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with follow on task orders, for the accomplishment of construction, revitalization, recapitalization (restoration and modernization) and sustainment (maintenance and repairs) of systems and infrastructure at NSWCCD area of responsibilities. The work will take place primarily at various locations including Naval Surface Warfare Center-Carderock Division, Olney Support Facility, Acoustic Research Detachment, South Florida Ocean Measurement Facility, Southeast Alaska Acoustic Measurement Facility, Large Cavitation Channel, Detachment Puget Sound, Combatant Craft Division, and South TOTO Acoustic Measurement Facility.

Work Details
The scope will provide for construction, revitalization, recapitalization (restoration and modernization) and sustainment (maintenance and repairs) of systems and infrastructure at NSWCCD area of responsibilities. The work under this contract shall be determined by individual FFP Task Orders predicated on an individual performance-based scope of work for each individual task order. The magnitude of construction for the majority of task orders is expected to be in the $2,000 to $6,000,000 for revitalization and recapitalization projects and $2,000 to $7,500,000 for repair projects.
Quality control program must be established and maintained in accordance with standards outlined in individual task orders. All work will be inspected to ensure compliance with the requirements of this contract.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is from 05-SEP-2022 TO 04-SEP-2027.

Place of Performance
The work will take place primarily at various locations including Naval Surface Warfare Center-Carderock Division, Olney Support Facility, Acoustic Research Detachment, South Florida Ocean Measurement Facility, Southeast Alaska Acoustic Measurement Facility, Large Cavitation Channel, Detachment Puget Sound, Combatant Craft Division, and South TOTO Acoustic Measurement Facility.
